Such a pathetic experience for the amount they charge us. The ambience is good but services provided is so basic. After paying such a hefty amount, the bedsheet we got were not clean. We had to ask them to change it. And can you imagine, the TV in our room were not working. What do they expect us to do when we are indoors. I complained about the TV within an hour and still they could not fix it. Never worth the money!!!

We stayed here with our two kids after travelling from uk-was a perfect relaxing, gentle easing into our india trip for us all. Cherai is great and much more local and less touristy developed than varkala. We loved the hotel, had a balcony …

Clean rooms & good service (ETA's are set for each of the services).Rooms are spacious and cozy. The food was good. Very accommodating & supportive staff. Peaceful and calm environment with the sound of sea. Good view from the room & the deck. Amazing sunset view from the property. The property has a limited parking. Had a wonderful time at the property.

Just wow… It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception to the wifi speed at the hotel, special thanks to the IT team to solve our quires promptly. Meals are very good and delicious...Outside beach view is awesome. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose 36 Palms Beach Resort next time as I have experienced warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Advice from the ocean: Be shore of yourself. Come out of your shell. Take time to coast. Avoid pier pressure. Sea life’s beauty. Don’t get so tide down on work that you miss out on life’s beautiful waves. Beautiful place😍😍

A must visit resort. A very caring and amicable staff. The food was really scrumptious. There was so much hospitality in terms of service that I would love to visit here again.
